Responsibilities
- Own technical sales conversations from discovery to solution fit.
- Improve CRM structure, lead routing, and pipeline operations.
- Translate client needs into clear implementation scope.
- Partner with engineering on estimates, delivery planning, and handoff.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering for software services.
- Strong CRM and pipeline tooling experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfort in fast-moving, small-team environments.
